CLEANING LINE, 65´´ MAXIMUM WIDTH (USED)

The Cleaning Line was purchased new from Hunter Engineering in 2007. Only 120 coils (1.8MMLbs.) ran on line. Its purpose is remove excess dirt, oils, and debris from the sheet. Line is designed to run 007" up to .080" gauge Aluminum strip with a 65" maximum width. The line speed will have a maximum production speed of 800 FPM. The wet section consists of two stages of cleaning stages, two hot rinse sections, squeegee roll section with a hot air knife and exhaust. The Pay-off and Rewind are mandrel styles able to handle coils up to 72" in diameter. Both mandrels are equipped with outboard bearings and side set capabilities. Coils are loaded and unloaded with coil cars.
